As part of its regular updates to the quality and durability of its constructions, C&A Stavros Kasidiaris S.A. has undergone a series of extensive tests and inspections conducted by accredited laboratories, KDEP (Testing Research and Standards Center) and LABOR SA, in accordance with the international standard ISO/IEC 17025:2017.

The tests were conducted on a 4.000A power and automation panel, which was developed, designed, and manufactured by our experienced technicians. After an initial internal quality control, the panel was thoroughly examined according to the upgraded standards EN 61439-1 and EN 61439-2, which define the requirements for low-voltage electrical distribution systems and distribution panels.

The tests required by these standards include:
Temperature rise tests
Dielectric tests at industrial frequency voltage
Insulation material endurance tests
Protective circuit effectiveness tests
Protection against external factors tests (IP Code)
Electromagnetic compatibility tests
Mechanical strength tests
Material endurance tests
Clearance and creepage distance inspection
Short-circuit resistance tests

The short-circuit current tests were conducted with a short circuit current of 52 kA for 1 sec and an impulse current of 124.6 kA.
In these tests, the panel performed exceptionally and continued to operate smoothly. It is important to note that particularly high durability in construction is required to successfully maintain the duration of this test.

After all the tests, the switchboard passed successfully.
