Hill Dickinson has achieved a double shortlisting in the inaugural Women in Law Awards, which aims to showcase the achievements and innovations of women in legal practice.
The shortlist, announced on Thursday 3 September 2020, honours the inspiring achievements of women across all segments of the industry and will also help shape the discussion around how diversity can be improved by highlighting some of the most forward-thinking initiatives, with Hill Dickinson appearing in two categories.
The firm is a finalist in two categories; Law Firm of the Year – Large, and Gender Diversity Project of the Year.
The awards recognise the strength of the firm’s diversity and inclusion programmes, as well as its ongoing aim to establish equality across all parts of the profession and in all roles.
A total of 360 entries were submitted to a panel of 23 eminent judges, which shortlisted firms and individuals in 22 categories.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and associated limits on public gatherings, the Women in Law Awards 2020 will be presented in a virtual ceremony on Wednesday 11 November.
