Due to the unprecedented coronavirus outbreak, the situation in Greece has changed dramatically within the last week.
So OCEANKING's management, fully aware of the adverse effects of the COVID-19 pandemic and having a strong sense of social responsibility towards its staff, partners and the community, has decided to implement a “remote working” policy with immediate effect.
This decision was primarily taken in order to protect our workforce and clients no matter the cost. At the same time, responding to the instructions from the WHO and the Greek Government, OCEANKING attempts to slow down the spread of the coronavirus.
Please be advised that OCEANKING, although "operating remotely" from Monday, March 16, will continue to be fully operational! Its call center will operate normally and its staff will work remotely from home, while the office will have a skeleton emergency staff. All operations will be normal and all company’s staff will be contactable by mail, telephone Viber, WhatsApp, etc., always at your disposal, willing and ready to respond promptly to your enquiries and needs.
The duration of the measures will be re assessed on a weekly basis and you will be notified accordingly.
Considering that everyone, individually, has his own societal responsibility to protect vulnerable groups, parents, friends, partners, etc., OCEANKING aims to contribute actively to getting out of this unpleasant adventure soon.
